1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PandaTaskForce (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The User is solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content generated by the AI before it is published on any platform. PandaTaskForce and its owner shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the use of unedited or inaccurately generated content.

3. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time via your dashboard.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds are processed solely at our discretion, unless required by local consumer law.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
• Generating spam, harassment, or malicious content.
• Interfering with the security features of the Service.
• Automated scraping or data mining of our systems.

5. Platform Policies

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you post complies with the Terms of Service of the relevant platform (e.g., Google Business Profile, Yelp, TripAdvisor). We are not responsible for any account suspensions or penalties incurred on third-party platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall PandaTaskForce or its owner be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for all claims related to the Service is limited to the total amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PandaTaskForce and its owner from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in our operating jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change our Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
